She LOVED it!!

I had my weekly session with Holly today. She worked my biceps, back, and abs. I think I will be sore tomorrow. I can feel it coming on already!!

I warned her right at the start: NO LUNGES or ANYTHING to do with Knees. I am still sore from Saturday's Dying Swan imitation I performed on Berkeley's Street!

Anyways, Holly loved the bracelet I gave her. She was studying it all during my training session. She said she had never seen such tiny beads! One day I should show her my prize size 22 beads, if she thinks my size 15 Delicas are small!!
